As an Msp would want to add new clients to Lupasafe.


  • Go to Settings/Manage Customers'
  • Click ‘Add Customers’
  • Add details and select subscription ‘Lupasafe’ ( Cybermonitor is a reduced capability scanner for local government). You can select the preferred language. If you switch 'Add customer to all colleague-supervisors' all you colleagues will have access to this client.
  • Select ‘Is paying customer’
  • Now you will have a new client screen to add employees and install Lupasafe. 
  • Reload your page
  • Select new customer account 
  • You can now install Lupasafe

 

- The owner who does sets up the New Customer is the Supervisor

Additional Supervisors can be selected under settings.
