A successful cybersecurity program relies on consistent communication. Here’s why and how you should inform your team about the e-learning:
Explain the Benefits: Let your team know that this training helps safeguard not only the business but also their own data. Emphasize that being aware of threats empowers them to take proactive measures.
Communicate the Deadline: Encourage everyone to complete the training within two weeks time. This promotes accountability and ensures the training’s effectiveness. A reminder will be sent to your colleagues after one week.
Follow-Up: After the training, consider holding a brief discussion or Q&A session. This reinforces what’s been learned and shows that management values cybersecurity.
Effective communication around the e-learning builds a culture of security awareness across your team, making everyone an active participant in protecting your business.
Accessing a single E-Learning training
- Log into the Platform: Start by signing in to your account on our platform.
- Navigate to Employees: Once logged in, go to the section labeled Employees.
- Select E-Learning: Under Employees, click on E-Learning.
- Start Training: To begin a single cybersecurity training, click on the button labeled Start Single Training.
- Select a topic: Here you can select the training you want to send out to your employees. This list is continuously being updated.
Click on Next Step
- Select the employees you want to send the training to and click on ´send´
- You will see the confirmation of the send-out on your screen.
This will launch the e-learning module, and your employee can start the training right away.
You will see reporting on the training progress of your company on the same landing page. Reporting will be done per category. You can see when the test is started, how many trainees are invited and how many trainees have completed the test. Also, you see the average results after the employees have submitted the training.
In the dashboard, you can also see these metrics and how your employees are doing on an individual level. There, you will also be reported on the most difficult question for your employees. Keep an eye out for your monthly email!
Multilanguage
All trainings are available in multiple language (right now, we have English; Dutch, German and Spanish). The employees can select their language after clicking on the link in their email before starting the training.
